Test kits are permitted as per Part 4 of the Medical Devices Regulations 2002.

The test kit has CE marking. This means that the test complies with the requirements of In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Directive 98/79/EC.

3. Now click on Activate Button.

4. The kit will be activated.

You must activate all test kits individually. Even if you have activated your day 2 test kit, you must also activate your day 8 test kit.

Our Day 2 and Day 8 Testing Package is sent via our Delivery Partners.

Please note that we aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days from the day you place your order, but we do not guarantee it. This is because of exceptional demand, processing times and delivery schedules.

Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturdays or Sundays; Bank holidays or another statutory holiday. Working days are Monday to Friday.

 

COVID-19 Sample Return Options:

Your COVID-19 test kit includes 24 free Royal Mail tracked return labels for you to post your completed sample to our lab.

Send your test kit back using the free return packaging provided by Royal Mail Priority Postbox Monday – Friday.

You can find your nearest Priority Postbox here.

Please note down the tracking number that is detailed on the return label. Additionally, please do not put the return label on the lilac COVID-19 block on the outside of the kit box.
